Here are some of the most frequently asked questions
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept debit and credit card payments.
What are your opening times?
Summer time hours are 8am - 8pm
Winter Time hours are 8am - 4pm
We will change our opening and closing times with daylight hours approaching the Summer and Winter months, these will be announced on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
Is there parking available?
There is a parking area within the park, so you can safely release your dog(s) and there is also a waiting area outside of the field, should you arrive early for your slot. Please do not get out of your vehicle until the person in the park has safely exited.
Is there a limit to the number of dogs I can bring at the same time?
Yes, the maximum at any one time is 8, if you wish to bring more, then please use the Contact Us form to request this,
What facilities are available?
There are no toilet facilities or mains water and electricity.
We replenish the water container daily, but if you have a later appointment, then it would be wise to bring your own water, especially in the summer months. There are dog bowls available to use.
There is a toy chest with balls, frisbees, toys etc.... please feel free to use these.
We ask that NO TENNIS BALLS or the SPONGE BALLS are brought into the park as these are easily destroyed and are a choking hazard to some dogs.
